Yes because I can tell you Miami as a team is relatively on the same even playing field as the bucks, pacers, nets and Celtics when all teams are healthy

I can’t say the same for the bulls because they suck every year and the hawks and hornets I’m unsure of because neither have proven to be good teams prior to this season despite the hornets currently being in the playoffs
