Worst thing about it is apart from the defence Jose actually has the personnel! Almost every manager in the world would bite your arm off to field an attack with options like Lukaku, Pogba, Alexis, Rasford, Martial with protection behind them from Matic, Herrera or Fred. One of the top 2 goalkeepers in the world. Mourinho really has little to complain about

The defence is trash and I thought Jose Mourinho would have identified that first when he arrived. 3rd season in and we still have two wingers for full backs and Jones and Smalling as legitimate first team players. Shameful shit.

Jose did wonders winning CL with Porto, he did great with Inter (though wasnt it around the time juve just got back in serie a???) Im not saying he is a WACK manager at all, I was happy to have him at United, Im saying his constant moaning is pissing me off... Martial, Rashford, Pogba, Luakau, Sanchez, Zlatan etc but he cant make it work or he moans... Anyways its a different era with FFP etc you cant just 'give the man the players he wants', and I would say the board have backed him tbh they got him Zlatan and a quick Google shows he has spent £302million since hes been at United...

Even Real Madrid have barely spent money, but still stay winning and clubs like Barca (or real) will normally get first dibs at the world class talent anways, then its down to teams like City, United, Liverpool, Chelsea, Juve, PSG to fight it out for players...

But you saying players like Chadwick and Wallwork etc wernt scrubs, bro most the average players I named went on to play for mid level teams, got relegated or played in the lower divisions after they left United, Chadwick I think spent most of career on loan and ended up at Cambridge I think it was, and Ronnie Wallwork prolly ended up captain playing for 'Her Majesties Service' football team after getting nicked in some stollen car ring I think it was lol

I think you find players like that from all former winning clubs, in all leagues. The most important of it is having that winners medallion.

I really dig Callum Hudson-Odoi. The kid is a talent and I'd probably play him over Martial if I were making the decisions at Chelsea.

Make or break season. Sanchez was bought this year. Matic and lukaku delivered, Pogba not so much.
It took him 2 season at Chelsea to win because Chelsea had better players front striker position all the way to goalkeeper.
