Manchester United want Real Madrid midfielder Mateo Kovacic -- but Kovacic doesn't want to join them, according to Marca.

It reports that United have made a €60 million bid for the Croatia midfielder, but says he "isn't interested in signing for Jose Mourinho's side" because he sees them as "a bad stylistic fit."

Diriangen FC is my parent's hometown club. They're in the CONCACAF league right now. Having to play a home game in Costa Rica cause shit's hit the fan back home

Hadn't seen this on here yet

Interesting moves in Serie A between Milan and Juve.
Not sure how great a move it is for Juve in the long-term but Bonucci is still a certified baller while Higuain is a beast of a striker in Europe and Caldara has a bright future.

AC Milan and Juventus have reached an agreement for the mega-operation including Bonucci, Caldara and Higuain, as learned by calciomercato.com.

The few details that were missing have now been resolved, and the move is a done deal, with only the contract signatures missing.

Caldara and Higuain will join Milan, while Bonucci will go the other way, being the Rossoneri's counterpart in the straight swap for Caldara, as both were valued at €35m.

Higuain will sign a one-year deal with the Rossoneri initially, joining on loan for €18m. However, Milan will redeem the player next summer for €36m, even though it's not an obligation to buy, rather an option.

I will never understand how Italian clubs allow big players to move so freely between the top clubs. I don't think it happens anywhere else like it does there.

It's funny because I was watching on ESPN youtube earlier about how Mourinho may have identified 5 players for Ed Woodward to get, but how do we know if those players a) decided to go to other clubs instead or b) chose to not want to play under Mourinho.

If this report is true, then Mourinho has as much culpability for not getting the players he wants as Woodward et al.

Mafia mentality...
  • You scratch my back, I scratch yours
  • I'm gonna make him an offer he can't refuse
  • Well that's bad luck for me, and bad luck for you if you don't make that deal!
  • He must let us draw the water from the well. Certainly, he can present a bill for such services. After all, we’re not Communists. But he must let us draw the water from the well

  • You gotta go, you gotta go

Bayern, meanwhile, have a comparatively modest transfer record and Rummenigge lays the blame for rapidly rising fees directly at the door of City and PSG.

"He [Guardiola] said they originally planned to buy a few more players but decided against it because they no longer want to be part of the madness," Rummenigge said to Merkur.

"I was a bit surprised to hear this at first, but then I thought it would indeed be wonderful if this statement were to be true until the English window closes.

"City, PSG [Paris Saint-Germain] - they've always been the global inflaters. Not Real [Madrid], who have spent next to nothing in the past years, which is proof you don't have to join the madness to win the Champions League.

"That's also our path. It's our goal to again lift the Champions League trophy, rather sooner than later."

He got 0 goals and assist last season
Its so wierd dude. Just a few years ago, he was a very creative playmaker with high dribble stats. But in the last year, they kinda turned him into a Defensive Midfield/Deep lying playmaker (The MIKEL treatment). Most likely the reason why he did not sign a new contract.

The advance stats still say he is a good player. Might blossom in England.

In your opinion, what is your squads most famous/memorable goal?

Everyone thinks it's Agueroooo! This, for me, is on the same line

This one or the Drogba one. That Champions League run was probably when i was most into Chelsea. Not as hardcore as i used to be back then.

This goal is memorable mostly for the jokes. I dont take this shit seriously anymore, so i am here for stuff like this.

Not Chelsea, but this might be my fav goal of all time. SO SO much going on here. The control, the composure, the calmness, amazing goal.
