Its football though broken legs happen, its not like Shawcross wanted to break his leg, IMO its looks clear he went for the ball in a 50/50...

Dude was gutted and they kept in contact didnt they after Shawcross visited him in the hospital???

Obviously Arsenal fans will aways boo him, but for other fans to not like him purely for that doesnt make sense to me...

No you're missing the point. Shawcross allegedly tried to apologise to Ramsey and he wasn't hearing it. Because of that, Stoke fans were always booing Ramsey and making up stupid and sick chants against him

Even Stoke's chairman called out the fans because of it

This game just shows you how much Sam needs to leave. Last home game of the season and you send the team out to play like shit. We going to lose next week to West Ham.

Sir Alex Ferguson, who led Manchester United to 38 trophies during 26 years in charge, has had emergency surgery on Saturday for a brain haemorrhage.

A United statement said the procedure "had gone very well but he needs a period of intensive care to optimise his recovery".

Ferguson, 76, retired as United manager in May 2013.

He was at Old Trafford last Sunday, when he presented Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger with a commemorative trophy.

Ferguson's family have requested privacy as he recovers in hospital.

The most successful manager in the history of the British game, Ferguson's trophy haul at Old Trafford included 13 Premier League titles.

United's club captain Michael Carrick said he was "devastated" to learn his former manager had undergone emergency surgery.

"All my thoughts and prayers are with him and his family. Be strong boss," he wrote on Twitter.

I didnt know that, I thought Shawcross went to the hospital and peaced it out, the abuse is out of order but still Ramsey is bitch for not accepting the apology imo, its football and it looked a 50/50 to me, its not like Shawcross went out with the intentions of breaking his leg or a real dangerous challenge...

Who gets the vote for bargin of the season then???

I think Brighton's Pacal Gross gets my vote... Dude cost £3.5mil and has delivered 7 goals and 8 asssts (not to menion his vital midfield work) for team like Brighton thats what keeps you up...

Condering the amount spent these days, £3.5mil is a drop in the ocean, some great scouting work there...
