Maybe because he's learnt how tough management is and that our problems go deeper than just getting rid of the manager. There needs to be change from top to bottom. Getting rid of Wenger is putting a plaster over a wound.
We should have strengthened our squad before the start of the season, we shouldn't be waiting until mid-season to throw money out there, we shouldn't be letting players run down their contracts, we shouldn't be selling our best players, we should be sorting out our tactics, we need to play like we give a shit, we need to get rid of a shitload of our players...
Wenger has to wear a lot of blame, but so do the board and the players. Wenger isn't kicking the ball out there, he isn't telling Mustafi to let Aguero through on goal unchallenged, he isn't telling players to walk around like they can't be arsed... The club is a joke, but what good is throwing a new manager in that mess when everything else from top to bottom is rotten.

You would assume that Sanchez would have thrown everything he could out there on the pitch. We just don't have anyone like that - we've just got these technically great but totally toothless and brain dead players who can't take control of matches when it matters.
