The word is Game not really fucking w Wack right now so that’s prolly why Wack gave up the mansion for sale

Cuz it’s in Wack s name which wack says Game deeded it to him to cover an outstanding debt

His lawyer flew to the trial in Chicago with a note from the doctor, Judge didnt believe the dentist note, called the dentist. Then had a back n forth with the dentist telling him he out ranks w/e he says n Game should of been there. Wack says the Judge felt some type of way and not only gave a default judgement, but also bumped up the pay from 1-2 mill to the current cost now.

If that was true.....why didn't he just idk......DRIVE his ass to court??

He knew he had to go to court way before "emergency dental surgery".....if you can't fly there are other modes of transportation to get you around....smh

Also couldn't his lawyer have requested an extension prior to the court date instead of the day of?
 
Guessing a appeal wasn’t an option? Either way both The Games and Wacks a idiot for blowing this off. Same time judge might of been on a power trip awarding the ridiculous additional money. $1.5m would of hurt but I imagine a entertainer could climb out of that debt. $7m+ tho… thats a bit different.

I hate to see it cause Game had the talent but it was the outside shit he couldn’t just stay out of.

Edit: Idk how much I trust signing my assets over to someone outside of maybe a few family members.. one slip up, one misunderstanding or someone getting in their feelings and bam easy to screw you over.

Good catch, i forgot to include that. Ak asked that, Wack said its been about 10 years of legal fights, they tried appeals and they all got denied. Wack said this doesnt all really make sense, cuz what they're trying to get isnt really there & also claims shes been getting paid since day one & has gotten famous off of this, but "they're out for blood".

I personally dont remember any reports of him appealing, so i looked it up. Looks like he really did and lost, also that emergency procedure he supposedly got last min, was just a root canal..

So he could of flown, then i found an old post on reddit, which shows why the judge was mad and gave a default judgement, raised the damages & why his appeals got denied. Wack goofy ass lowkey trying to spin this and act lost like he didnt know this happened.
