I would have said that before all this inflation, I don't know if I still believe that. Particularly when we talking about feeding a family. A lot of decent restaurants have family meals that don't run you much more than going to the grocery store and dealing with those inflated prices depending on what you cook. Like we got a Brazilian Steakhouse here that has a $60 family meal big enough for my family of four to eat off for two days. I couldn't beat that by shopping at the grocery store and doing it myself.

So, sure, if you're comparing cooking spaghetti to ordering food from a seafood boil restaurant, the grocery store looks like a much better option, but it isn't as good as it has been if you're comparing like meals.
