while true there should be SOMETHING else to sustain or supplement the economy other than tourism and the hospitality industry. One of Bermudas main economic pillars outside of tourism is being a base/hub for the the insurance/reinsurance industry. It was wild seeing the government struggle with trying to have stringent COVID protocols but also trying to make shit appealing for folks to come visit and spend their money there.

The whole digital nomad shit was a decent attempt. Yall have that in the bahamas if i'm not mistaken right?
