I mean yes sometimes I can see some people being like at seeing some the shit we do/say and it might keep them away but imo it's always been a process of sorts of collecting the like minded people who can go with the flow, not create waves of negativity, as beautiful as chaos can be.

Don't think they are going to pay out my earned PTO ... i gave them the courtesy of 2 weeks but if i can't get my 3 weeks or at least honor a vacay next week. There is no need for courtesy

Explain to me how the holiday system over there works? Cus it seems completely fucked, like it’s frowned upon to have holidays.

over here you will average around 20-25 paid holidays a year + bank holidays and usually get paid sick days dependant on wether it goes over a set amount of days unless you have a doctors note to explain the abscence.

how can they refuse you overtime payment if you’ve already worked it?
