I loss 30 pounds in 3 months.
People that say losing weight is hard just weird.
All I am doing is counting calories, I eat all the same shit I typically eat.
I probably go to the gym twice a week.
I'm just living my life.
Not being able to lose weight is pure gluttony. Especially with technology these days that you can literally scan the fucking nutritional label.
Back in the old days you had write the shit out and preplan and shit.
Losing weight is simple.
Eat less calories requires to maintain your weight.
You don't have to exercise.
You don't have to go a special diet.
I'm eating burgers, steak, fish, pies, cookies, chips, Chinese food, all types of shit. Loss 30 pounds in 3 months.
