If you need a light occasional sleep aid, a pharmacist might recommend benadryl. It's the same medication used in actual over the counter sleep aids just had the dose. But he'd only recommend taking two at a time.

I don’t doubt that but when son said take 5-6 doses I had to question his ethic lol

Or a more holistic route..... Chamomile Tea, Melatonin or Valerion Root. Lavender aroma therapy is helpful too.

But all those are temporary fixes. The best sleep comes with managing your own sleep wake cycle. Getting at minimum 30 minutes of direct sunlight every day is important for your sleep cycle too.
