I have not eaten meat in forever. But White rice is one of the worst grains you can eat unless it is steamed. But I don’t think rice and peas takes away the flavor of the other foods in your plate. Why eat something that has no taste that is bad for you. Your body is your temple why fill it with just because food when you have other options.
