Perhaps, if Netflix had a more stringent business model like anti-virus software companies, then they could reduce some of that debt.

It would work where you can only have Netflix connected to two-to-three devices at one-time and any device changes will take 12-hours to an entire day to process, then they could squeeze one-to-two more subscriptions out of well-off or larger households.

Start their seasons quicker, this ain't broadcast tv..stop wit that seasonal shit, a whole year between new Jessica Jones and Luke Cage?

Tons of companies are in "debt" but they make enough profit to invest in themselves and pay off said debt. They're in a state of perpetuity, as long as they can turn a profit and pay off that debt they can still operate. I wouldn't be surprised when they start becoming more established if they suddenly lose a bunch of debt.

That's why I think it's a clickbaity title from some of these websites. It sounds scary on the surface but it's really nothing to be alarmed about.
 
They need to invest more into their horror film collection like Amazon Prime.

Horror films = Entertaining, easier to get into, and you really don't have high hopes for the plot...

I always thought Netflix was overall trash. Only about 5% of the shit on there be worth watching.

Debt is not a true indicator of how a company is doing. There are so many more factors that go into the equation. Please don't fall for the headline grab. Reading is fun, understanding is fundamental.
