These writers are ass. Jake should be knee deep in street drama

His brother was a gang leader and he was being groomed by Douda to be a high ranking member.

There is so much they would be doin w jake imo...i could be their michael from the wire...i mean bringin his moms back is cool for he n trigs backstory.

Even if he not shooting and etc he at the least would run into issues like season 1 when that other gang was beefing with him and he was beefing back.

I mean an argument could be made that ppl leave him alone because they know he related and mentored by dangerous ppl I suppose.

But that could make him more of a target.
