You just refuse to actually understand how to make your dreams reality

A formal definition of a scam artist. A person who swindles people.

Example,

Donald Trump is a grifter because all of the donations he's asking for his campaign are actually going towards his legal defense.

Another example is these young 20 somethings that be in the grocery store asking you for money to help them with their college scholarship program. They have actually evolved from just asking for cash and have adapted to the new digital age and they accept Cash App. Them niggas are not only grifters but they are relentless.

Just in passing I've read Biden's first 100 days include helping 11 million dreamers gain citizenship, bringing in 500k indian immigrants and giving the LGBT benefits. Meanwhile we're being slaughtered in the streets by cops with impunity..
