The media was quick to dismiss it as russian disinformation before getting any confirmation. That's the problem here.

We have a New York tabloid, that says a Ukrainian business man gave a laptop to Rudy Giuliani and he gave it to the New York post.
They ran a story with no verification at this time either way and from reports didn’t even reach out to Biden for comment.
