By that's the way..u put out this article about what u done and what obama done and what u gonna do and all your rowdy friends are here on Monday night.

At the same time that whole to do list was massive. If you and your party have done so much and so down..why u got so much to do still?

U telling me One man can undo all of what you done in 3 years? Then did u even really do anything ?

War on drugs was how many years ago..how many democrat presidents since then..its still going on..if a president can undo some shit in three years, why 16 years of DNC presidents cant undo that..

Come on..dont piss on my leg and tell me it's raining. Take me serious and talk to me like you know I have a brain.

Admittedly it's a bit of a read and there are still some points in there that I need to revisit but yes, it's speaks on some of the why's and then addresses how he envisions accomplishing the solutions to those problems.

This is the thing I'm not getting about some of the criticisms tho.... for months and months folks were talking about tangibles and how none of the candidates had plans black voters or a specific black agenda... Biden, who I must repeat, is far from my favorite choice for the democratic nominee comes out with a plan and some folks are just like meh... that's it? not impressed.. and that's if they even bothered to read it in it's entirety at all.

Last I checked there's still some time before the election.. loads of time. Wouldn't it be prudent to see what the mans plans are, and for the things you don't specifically agree with.. engage the nominee in the democratic process and let your voice be heard on how the solutions that you don't agree with may be adjusted to work better? If that list of plans doesn't meet your standard... where's your list of things to suggest to the nominee?

There's plenty of shit about Biden to criticize and yes, not ALL of the plans laid out in his list will get accomplished. I think the solutions presented deserve further discussion amongst ourselves AND with the presumptive nominee personally.

They really aren't tho. Republicans would be against 99% of the shit he mentioned in his plan.

Fam when Obama had the majority 60 percent of Democrats were against Obama's plans. Then when they lost majority cause they didnt support the president like they shoulda..they blamed blacks for not showing up. When they lost because they feared racist white people.

The same racist white people that helped elect trump. You see, if ain't Democrats or Republicans, it's a mind state. A mind state that needs to be addressed and called out.

There was a candidate that did that

a couple of the points that stood out to me on my first read-through
  • investing in infrastructure to ensure broadband can get to places that are typically underserved
  • investing bread into HSBCUs
  • better funding for non-white school districts
  • addressing student debt
  • ending the federal govts. use of private prisons
  • ending the federal crack and powder cocaine disparity
  • decriminalizing the use of cannabis and expunging all prior cannabis use convictions (I don't think he goes far enough on this personally. Shit should be legal)
  • stop locking people up JUST for drug use

What is the primary function of being employed?
  • Cashflow
  • Sustenance

What is the primary function of the quarantine?

Survival.

Corporate donors and polticiams may not WANT it to - but the government DOES have the capability to make people whole; to provide them with : Cashflow and Sustenance for a spell.

Through sound policies and common sense implementation, we can flatten the curve of the virus.

Eventually manage it.

You know what the government (or anyone else) CANNOT do?

Bring people back to life.

It’s not complicated. And the rich and the politicians understand this. Why aren’t they acting like it?

Just follow the money and find out.

I pretty much agree with this tho I don't think it's only republicans to blame (surprise right?)

But I do think it's a damned if u do, damned if u don't scenario

In MY opinion though, savings lives is always more important.

But isn't this ultimately up to the individual states?

I also think, conspiracy theories, being as prevalent as they are, are the driving force behind all the push back of shelter in place. Even more so exacerbated by actually being laid off and broke.
