Tariq talking to his parents with no consequences make sense to me....they don't really give af about raising that nigga no more. They too consumed with everything else.

That was always the case. They as parents was on some we got money to get/give him what he wants and put him in the best schools and because of that we don't need to give him guidance or teach him life lessons.
