I hadn't seen that angle. It seems to me that makes it even clearer that Chauvin should be charged. The others should probably be charged with accessory, but for sure Chauvin should be charged with murder. There was no reason for him to be on Floyd's neck especially when Floyd seemed to be in distress. They can't call that manslaughter because he made a decision to keep doing what he was doing even when the man said he couldn't breathe and appeared to have fallen unconscious. He can't say he didn't know because the onlookers were telling him what was happening.
