Fam they do all the time. Mfer goes to the club just to club, ends up in a fight, shoots a mfer. He gets charged with murder in the 1st.

Lets not derail this thread, but this literally happens all the time. To get charged with first degree, the murder must be premediated, and premdiation is flexible as a mfer. You can premediate to kill someone in a second. And this mfer put his knee on someones neck for a whole minutes. This shit is first degree.

The police unions are strong as fuck, and theres probably a whole set of preliminary investigations that need to happen, even if the cops are clearly in the wrong. Thats probably the hold up.

Im with you though, shoulda been arrested and charged.

I know a lot of folks say black people should try and takeover the system from the inside or whatever but that rarely works. Black judges and black police officers aren’t that much nicer. I do believe in community policing but I think that needs to be after a huge culture change.

Not to sound like the Moorish dudes but at this point we might need our own country or something(I know it’s not realistic) but I don’t see how we can change centuries of western thought from the inside. Idk what can be done for real because it like police brutality is just part of the law

Show me the post where I said anything about "good Asians" ever. My problem was with ya'll trying to punish one group of Asians for something a completely different group of Asians did. I forgot about LA. I don’t know the ins and outs of police stuff but I think sheriffs deal with the jails and problems in counties right? And police are city. But LA county is like the biggest idk. Seem like they all playing slave catcher

Sheriff's departments generally have jurisdiction over a whole county. Cities within that county can have police departments but the sheriff's department still operates within those cities. The LASD patrols Compton since their police department was shut down for corruption years ago.
