Secondly, if he’s been out of the hospital for WEEKS, why did you let the media continue to say he was still hospitalized?

Depends on the pov you have. Some folks feel like cuz he's famous then there's a right to know. If you fall on that side then yeah she "should" have said something but the race to be 1st to report his death didn't happen until the past 24-48 hrs and got worse when a reporter Toure reported this morning that Jamie Foxx was basically on life support. So Foxx daughter post is a response to that nonsense.
Clearly his family feels like his private medical issue is just that...private. they can't control what people will say. Hell they never even put it out there when he 1st went in so it's safe to assume that like most of his off camera life Jamie Foxx wanted to keep this private.

I understand the need to be private, however you can be private & still let people know he’s not sitting in the hospital. The rumors been running wild for a minute. Someone should have nipped that shit in the bud with a statement before it got to this point. Glad he’s out and doing well.
