Celebrity lawyer Michael Avenatti says he’s uncovered yet another R. Kelly sex tape. After revealing he’d unearthed a VHS copy of the disgraced R&B star allegedly having sex with a 14-year-old, Avenatti says there is now a third tape.
He revealed the news via Twitter on Saturday (February 16).
“Update: We have become aware of a third tape, that allegedly shows further acts of sexual abuse of an underage girl by R Kelly, which we are presently working to recover and turnover to law enforcement,” he tweeted.
According to Newsweek, Avenatti — who is a father to two teenage daughter — is working the case pro bono.
“Due to the importance of ensuring justice is finally done in this matter and because we are deeply concerned that Mr. Kelly has not been held accountable for his sexual abuse of young African-American girls, whom are especially vulnerable, we have done so on a pro bono basis,” he said in a statement. “Importantly, it has now resulted in the discovery of significant new evidence conclusively establishing Mr. Kelly’s illegal sexual assault of young girl.”
CNN was able to review the second uncovered tape last week. A naked man presumed to be Kelly performs multiple sex acts with the young girl who calls him “daddy” multiple times.
At one point in the clip, the man reportedly asks the girl to urinate and in turn, he urinates on her. The act mirrors some of the alleged acts Kellz was arrested for in 2002 when he was 35, although he was ultimately acquitted of child pornography charges in a trial six years later.
Avenatti says he’s committed to getting justice for Kelly’s alleged victims.
“We will continue to work tirelessly to ensure that this predator is brought to justice,” he said. “As a father of two teenage girls myself, I have the utmost faith and confidence in [Chicago’s Cook County State Attorney] Ms. Foxx and her staff to ensure justice is done.”

Nah but I’m certain Illinois and Georgia have prosecutors capable of handling any criminal complaints against Kells...not even sure if Avenatti is licensed to practice in those states
