General discipline, yes. I only have a son. I can imagine me going easier on my daughter because of the emotional part but she will still get disciplined.

OAN: I think all kids should be hugged and shown love. That's the problem with the world today.

I don't have children so I cant say how I would raise my future kids. I just hope my home is a place where they feel free to be their authentic self.

Me being the baby boy of my family me and my brothers got treated like shit but I can say now that I am an adult, it kept my ass outta the graveyard etc, my sisters still got their asses kicked by our parents but they had a longer leash than what we, the boys had.

As far as me when I have my 7 or 8 kids, I will be hard on the boys and I will look the other way when it comes to my girls, I'd hope they have a mama that will kick their asses for me.

But I think the hidden gem is "trust" If you can build that "trust" foundation as kids with your parents then I think the older the boy or girl gets, him or her would be able to be treated different when it comes to being disciplined.

With me, my mama and daddy wouldn't dare trust me with shit....such as leaving me at home by myself in the house with a few of my patnas..or leaving their car with me for the weekend....hell no they wouldn't dare trust me with no shit like that:gtfoh: but my sisters, who I'd say somewhat stayed out of trouble, they could leave the shit with them and everything would be in tact when they got back...Not with my ass though:ha:...It would have been House Party 5 in that motherfucker if I was left alone at the crib by myself when I was 13 or 14[;'.

So again, I think that "trust" factor along with behavior of that child (for me) will determine how I discipline my girls or boys

Man yall niggas don't be taking advantage of all the ways to make bread lol

Not one mf has made a bet for the SB yet smh

Kandy's ass damn near has 6k already.

Depending on the situation, i say discipline them both the same way.

I would think it'll be the other way around. Why do you feel it's better to be harder on the boys and let the girls slide with shit?
