Vegas heat has far less humidity, but it kinda don't matter at that time of the year. When the temps hit 113+ and that sun literally makes your skin feel like it's on fire, humidity just don't mean shit.

Bro, I stepped foot in MI for the first time in 17 years back in 2020 around the first of July. Everybody in the family complaining about how hot it was and the 90-some-odd percent humidity at 90 degrees and I literally laughed at them. I'm like "Y'all don't know what hot is until you got the sun leanin' on you at 115-120 degrees"
