It’s already hard as hell to get someone who was abused to speak up about it.

What do yall think stops victims from coming forward and what can we as a collective do to make ppl feel comfortable enough to talk about it?

In the case of male victims of female predators, I'd have to say that we're conditioned to believe that it's ok, that we should want something like that happening and you gotta be a sissy if you don't.

The shit doesn't hit home that it was wrong until much later in life either when he has children of his own or when the trauma it actually caused comes to the surface.
