Won't even matter. The video shows the kidnapping, aggravated assault, and 3rd degree battery. Even if they could explain away the other charges those three will stick. Ain't no Arkansas jury finna let her skate with a video like that.

most cases come out looking like murder on paper

unless she has a crazy record, she'll plead down on a lot of that shit and get a couple years on each, to be run concurrently
 
nothing plain and simple about how court works

they win by getting a guilty plea and a conviction, not by how much time you do

there is ALWAYS an offer to plead guilty to lesser charges....presented in the form of a favor for you

and the majority of people accept, because of less time obviously

the only way she gets stuck with all that and the tape comes into play, is if she pleads not guilty and goes to trial

aka - makes them spend time and money

I get that, but she's black AND the shit was all over social media. Plus Arkansas is a Republican state and them niggas always trying to flex that "tough on crime" shit. She's got 6 charges, half of which are serious felonies with 5-20yr sentences. Best case they plea down the three misdemeanors and two of the felonies (most likely residential burglary and robbery), but she's still gonna be looking at 5-20 off the kidnapping charge. I genuinely doubt they're gonna let that one go.

The detective then gave a signal and an arrest team moved in to take Clarke into custody, according to the police report."
