NATO shouldn’t have facilities in non-NATO countries

If Ukraine wants NATO facilities there then yes NATO facilities should be there.

If you’re a neighboring nation (Russia) and have issue with foreign presence in the region you seek diplomacy (see Cuban Missle Crisis).

If you want NATO gone you don’t take the only action that forces them closer (see Norway, Finland, etc now seeking entry into NATO).
