Good point but bad basis. I don’t think a Vogue shoot is some sort of acknowledgment they don’t need money or resources.
Plus if you were the leader of an invaded country I bet you’d take all of the publicity you could get too.
Us sending so much money though while refusing help to Americans is an issue. That’s not Zelensky’s problem though. He’s supposed to raise funds for his country’s defense.
