I was reading something yesterday about how folks should use mouthwash before brushing because using mouthwash AFTER brushing kinda counteracts what the toothpaste spos to be doin on the teeth

Interesting...I would feel like I'm brushing/rinsing away the effects of the mouthwash if I did that first.

more or less you take some coconut oil and swish it around for 5-10 minutes and its supposed to help "pull" out alot of harmful bacteria
