I don't know how many of you guys have been to france... the cities and urban areas in particular... but coming from somebody that grew up in newark and brooklyn... i was there like oh wow yall's police are on some other shit. Paris, Marseilles, Nice and Stroudsbourg all felt like police states to me after dark. Paris was the worst... those motherfuckers were moving like gestapo - I saw three open-air ass whoopings in one night in a 5 block area.
