It’s not about being OK with it, it’s just reality. I’m sure every one of us, if we could snap our fingers and do away with it, we would.

But that ain’t the world we live in… this entire country and every other empire that came before, was built on rape, robbery and murder on a much larger scale.
Whole cultures revolved around raiding, reaving and pillaging, it ain’t some new shit that niggas came up with in the ghettos of America.

Any place you have large groups of people going without, you gon have some that’s willing to go take by any means.

It’s just human nature.

“Adjusting” to that reality and being circumspect, shows wisdom.

Refusing to adjust because “fuck you ima wear what I want!” Is foolish pride. And its a high probability it’ll end with your shit getting snatched by some have nots or worse.
 
I don't think it is being afraid of your own kind, just being cautious and aware of your surroundings. I wouldn't feel comfortable in a town dominated by whites either.

PNB identified himself as a 'street' dude who had a clear understanding of the lifestyle. Again, dudes in LA tried him a few months ago according to his recent interview with DJ Akademiks, so why did he think it would be cool to roam about South Central, LA carefree with a harmless lady like he was untouchable? Let's call it what it is... STUPID & SELFISH!

If you have a lot of money and flaunt it in an area thats poor and has criminals, generally they try and take your money. The End. Same shit could of happened to him if he went to the poor mexican gang infested part of town. Its not that hard to understand.

The general reason why the safer neighborhoods are mostly filled with white people is because, they have most of the money in this country and dont live in the ghetto.

And stop with that slave mentality that you have to only be around white people live in a nice area. I live in a good area and there's plenty POC around me from all over.

But think about it. Many of them think that part of the world is not attainable. It’s what’s in front of them right now is what matters. If you are from
the streets, 9 times out 10, you can’t afford to think of the bigger world because that is when you get caught slipping.

sense of community and raised each other’s kids and looked out for one another. A nigga do something to one, and the hood turned on that person.

I'll also say this, the amount of times I've just be out and seen niggas, unnecessarily flaunting heavy , is wildly odd to me and i dont understand it. Keep in mind, i dont define flaunting as just wearing jewelry or driving an expensive car while out living your life. I mean out wearing every pieces of jewelry they own and purposely being loud af so people notice and look at them, when everyone is just trying to go about their business.

I've seen this while driving in traffic too. Will be mid day during summer (Fl heat), its hot af, everyone has their windows up and a/c on, but I've seen dudes in a Rolls they must of just got or a Bentley, they have the windows down blasting music while looking around to see if people are looking. This is all happening in safe areas. So if they carry on acting like this to the hood, eventually you gunna get the attention you crave.

Is it a new money thing, or fresh out the hood thing?
