The response for PSVR2 so far seems overwhelmingly positive. I've seen some people who didn't care for the first system say that the second system is an improvement in everyway.
The universal complaint is with the launch lineup. The consensus is that if you're new to VR or really only have some limited experience with the first PSVR, the launch lineup is ok. However, if you've played a lot of the Quest or PCVR, its not a good lineup since only like 7 games are exclusive to the PSVR2.

Tchia was shown as a ps plus day 1 drop
Suicide squad had a disappointing showing
Street fighter/Resident evil 4 was the best parts
Didn’t need this state of play but it’s good to have something to talk about
I suppose around E3 time we will get the real showcase
