Anyones analog stick get stuck just a little bit? It's not like the old ones where it's obvious but it seems like it doesn't snap to exact center. If I'm on something like netflix it will move to the left unless I move it to the center. I wasn't expecting this to happen on such a new console and controller

I haven't had that issue though. You might want to get a q-tip and some alcohol and rub it around the base

I wouldn't expect to have to do that for a controller so new though. I've cleaned old controllers before but those were years old. I just was curious if anyone else has had this happen with this new one

You probably got one that's just sticks. If it's covered by warranty and it's still good. I'd send it back and get another before I possibly shell out $70 Foe a new one.

Yeah, I sent mines back and it came back good. I got two controllers now though.

Also got a 2tb external hard drive. It works fine

How long did it take? I filled out the request and they want me to ship it to them. I was expecting them to send me a new one and I just send them the bad one back in the same box
I need to find out if you can control your PS5 on the app like you could with the PS4. Otherwise I wont be able to use it while the controller is getting fixed lol

Not really. They just trying to keep the revenue coming in. A lot of very light gamers pick up old consoles when the generations change. My brother in law is like that. He's been trying to get a PS4, but the supply is low and people selling them are charging damn near as much for a PS4 as what you have to pay for a PS5. Sony will get a few sales doing this.
