That's a clickbait article. It's just a bunch of exaggeration. Yes, the XBox analog is simpler. That's because you don't have any options. Shit is always easier when you don't have a choice. PS5 has a lot of restrictions on which drives will do (we've known that for a while), but you can bet someone will put out a list of compatible drives soon enough.
