PWInsider.com has confirmed that A&E's WWE Legends Biography episode on Extreme Championship Wrestling will debut on Sunday 6/23.

The episode has been subtitled "Birth of Hardcore."

This would be the fourth major documentary on the original ECW, following WWE's Rise and Fall of ECW, which in 2004 shocked WWE with its massive sales figure and helped bring about the ECW One Night Stand PPV, Jeremy Borash's Forever Hardcore, which was released in June 2005 and John Philapavage and Kevin Kiernan's Barbed Wire City, which hit film festival circuits in 2013. BWC is now owned by Highspots and is available for streaming on Highspots.TV. Highspots.TV also houses 30 episodes of Legends of Extreme, written and produced by yours truly, with deep dive conversations about ECW with tons of ECW alumni.

Other forthcoming episodes of WWE Legends Biography include Eddie Guerrero, Ricky Steamboat, Rob Van Dam and more.

I don't know what the hell is going on with NWA, but you'd think if no one else wanted them then the connection there would be obvious.
Cortana is saying he has another tv deal.. So maybe he some more money to throw at some guys.. But I’m guessing AEW or back to MLW because they still got that money from the WWE settlement…
