WrestleNomics.com released the quarter hours for Saturday's Collision and the initial picture painted by the great overall numbers isn't so rosy after all.
The opening seven minutes of the show, which aired from 8:23 to 8:30 immediately after the NBA playoffs ended, did 1,353,000 viewers and a 0.49 in the demo.
The 8:30 to 8:45 quarter hour dropped to 850,000 viewers and a 0.30 in the demo.
The show continued to drop throughout and the final quarter hour did 440,000 viewers and a 0.15 in the demo, for the first main event of the new champ Swerve Strickland.
That explains how the Rampage number was so low. Collision dropped over 900,000 viewers from start to finish.

While there were no clear draftees from the main roster to NXT in the WWE Draft, one main roster name is set to make their way down to the brand imminently.
Fightful Select’s Corey Brennan and Sean Ross Sapp have both confirmed with sources within WWE that current SmackDown ring announcer Mike Rome is set to make his way to NXT for ring announcing duties as soon as tonight’s show.
Rome originally served as NXT’s Ring Announcer from 2016 to 2019 after signing with the promotion in 2016. He would then serve as RAW’s ring announcer from 2019 to 2023, where he has remained on SmackDown since then.
It is unknown what comes next for current NXT ring announcer Alicia Taylor as of this writing.
