Nash isnt on WWE tv or doing any special programs with them. Shit like this should be a easy pass expecially since they butchered Stingers run.
Don't blame WWE, why would I let you appear on another company show when you're signed to me

Its a legends deal. AEW wouldnt be making money off a Nash appearance in the background. WWE could swap out an appearance down the line like they did for TNA.
I feel Nash could attend if he pushed for it but probably doesnt want to ask Hunter out of respect in general.

I think WWE is trying to spare everyone involved (spectators included) from the hilarious embarrassment of Nash breaking a leg on his way to the ring.
