Lol nah there is no burying Roman. He been champ for 3 years. The story is just reaching its end if they go that route. If he loses back to back nights that's it. We should expect him to ride off into the sunset for the next couple months and then come back in time to kick off his mega baby face run b4 Summerslam because that's also coming after this.

I think there’s still a lot more millage with Roman being heel. I wouldn’t be quick to turn him face.

Bro it's been 3 years lmao I fw heel Reigns a lot too but once he loses he definitely gotta turn for that mega baby face run. He can still be a bad ass, shit talking face. There's no need for him to ever go back to the "Big Dog" I feel like this Roman here to stay but he will just be on the face side

I fully expect a huge face run, just not this year. Let Cody have his run before he turns. I fully expect a rematch anyways.

I wouldn't mind it as long as they could keep him interesting as a heel. Maybe transform the character just a lil bit whether it be making him more conniving, more aggressive or w/e. He's shown a more goofier side on the second part of this run so they could even go the unserious, crazy heel route once he does lose it all.

The more I watch this clip...the more I'm starting to feel all of this was done by design. Busted Open made a good point about something. What if the sole purpose of everything being done now...is to build Cody up to be the biggest babyface WWE has ever had in years?

B/c after Roman steps away...they gonna need a superstar to carry that mantle. Both in and out the ring. They're gonna need new face of the company after Roman.
