Oh god I be forgetting about this cringe chick...

Some legal updates on WWE star Liv Morgan's criminal case in Sumter County, Florida.

On 1/2, the more serious charge against Morgan, possession of drugs, possibly synthetic cannabinoid, was dropped from the criminal case against her.

There is no word yet as to why the charge was dropped, but as PWInsider.com previously reported, the word making the rounds in WWE (backed by the arrest report) was that Morgan had stated the vape pen found in her vehicle was not her property. That charge, a felony in Florida, could have been punishable by up to a maximum of one year in jail, up to one year of probation and a $1,000 fine.

Morgan's remaining charge, possession of marijuana (not more than 20 grams) was transferred to the County's Misdeameanor Court Division. Her scheduled arraignment on Monday 2/12 at the Sumter County Courthouse has been canceled. Instead, there will be a status conference related to her remaining charge on 2/20.

The charge of possession of marijuana (not more than 20 grams) is a first degree misdemeanor in Florida. It can be punishable up to one year in jail or on probation, along with a $1,000 fine.

Conviction of possession also results in a six month driving license suspension, random drug testing, and all the reimbursement of all fees related to the sentence.

As PWInsider.com previously reported, there was no heat on Morgan from WWE management in the wake of the arrest.
