NXT been trying hard with character development and props to them for that... but most these dudes don't have IT... yet. Watched a couple episodes from 2018 and the character/in-ring work is night and day.
Aside from one of the lead writers leaving (Rysn something?).. those were mostly indie dudes tho. Most everyone outta the PC recently been college athletes and wrestling rookies. It's truly developmental right now.
