Super Feather isnt a deep division so Shakur/Cordina has defo gotta happen... Though Im hoping Zelfa Barrett gets at shot a Cordina first...
What a KO for Cordina though, defo a contender for KOTY, really pleased for him... He was the betting favourite but I defo didnt think he was, Ogawa is a dangerous fighter and after the first round I thought signs were leading to a Ogawa win... I thought it was just all his fans putting money on that swayed the odds...
Haney put an absolute masterclass, what a performance... I gave him every round, he showed that he was LEVELS above Kambosos and proved that a jab wins you fights, he kept him off balance all night... Everything came off the jab and his footwork and measure of distance was incredible and hes still only 23yr... Im glad he didnt switch off and coast to the win too, he stayed switched on finished like he started...
The 1.65 odds were free money, I had £50 on it but wish I had put more... I wasnt sure if the judges would rob him though...

The way a smart fighter took everything away from Kambosos frustrates me even more about how Teo fought him the first time. Not saying Kambosos performance was a fluke but man, that Teo win aged poorly. And now you missed weight the first try, you make barely no adjustments, no urgency, your whole home crowd is silent for 10 rounds, you had no answers for Haney’s jab…nasty.
