On a different note: Fat Boy Life was cool and all, especially during quarantine, but over the last three weeks, I've gotten back to my regime, and kicked it up a notch:

NO red meat - fish and chicken only
Vegan, tuna, or leftover lunch
WATER: 6-8 glasses a day (Seltzer for Lunch/Dinner)
200-300 push-ups before the gym and 100 before sleeping
Work-out five times a week
Only two beers per setting - on the weekends only.

Started at 262.

Now at 248.

Small wins.

Shooting for 210-215. Got a ways to go.
