I think the Pelicans have a better team, but u guys are in the East, so u are probably right.
Bulls will surprise alot of folks this season.
The team just need to stay healthy, Lauri and Wendel Carter can't keep missing big chunks of the season

Might be good for him. He is average to good at so many aspects game. Needs to find a way to blend them together to become an effective NBA player. Consistent minutes at his “level” might be just what he needs.
European soccer teams do it all the time. Send(loan) a talented but flawed player to a league below to find playing time and iron out the kinks in their game.
