cant remember where i read it a few years ago, but someone suggested something like how soccer handles its leagues or whatever. I might be explaining it wrong but essentially you have your premier league then everything under it, but as I appreciate it, there would be an opportunity for the lower league teams to earn a spot in the premiere league while someone gets demoted??

idk, but something like that where you take half the league and make them play for different incentives

I don't see them realistically shortening the season. Although 12 fewer games would result in less, if any players resting due to load management which is definitely a positive for fans.

Players would be fresher which would contribute to an overall better product but I don't see it happening. Too much money to be made and lost.

I get the answer is an extra 50 mil, but if you want that extra 50 mil just resign with the warriors with the purpose of staying with them.
