Representatives from NBA teams and the league discussed potential tweaks to the regular season, such as shortening the 82-game structure or adding an in-season tournament, according to ESPN.com's Kevin Arnovitz.

The tournament shit sounds wack. Not opposed to slightly lessening the season tho. I dont get to watch nearly as much these days anyway.
maybe not a mid season tournament, but 82 games, the way they are played now is in fact too much
most of the people thinks the league should contract most of the teams anyway. They need to do something to make the entire season matter and not just post AS break
