I see what they tried to do on the joint with AZ but it wasn’t executed thoroughly because the beat was trash!

Hopefully this was Nas way of telling niggas to be careful what they ask for. These beats sabotaged the album.

I’m not saying Hit Boy did anything for Nas’ career, but he definitely brung Nas up to date as far as production is concerned…

This album is 20+ years too late imo. I've never really been excited for a Nas / Premo collab and this album confirms why. I just wish I would've been wrong. I'll let it marinate over the weekend to give it a chance, but as of now this ain't it (especially after listening to Conway's album).

I doubt it. That's why I made my post about the hype. I lowered my hype for the record months ago because this isn't the 90's so I'm not going to expect that 90's feel.

For me my first listen I really fucked with the album. Is it going to be on the levels of Illmatic or It Was Written of course not
