Yes hiking and being outside really helps me. Especially being by lakes, streams and oceans...I really enjoy the water. Just being on the beach smoking a blunt with no cares or concerns. Hearing the ocean waves , feeling the sun and sand in my toes. Complete bliss.

My apartment window faces a large fishing pond by the park so yeah waking up and looking at the water relaxes me

Especially during the fall/winter time when the seasons change and the leaves fall
