The filemail site has a 50GB limit per link. Completely anonymous. Super-fast upload speeds. They throw middle fingers to DMCA.

Their help section offers guidance for copyright infringement and removing content. But that's probably just boilerplate and they slow walk requests since links expire weekly anyway. Expiring links might be the key, even better if you can just duplicate a folder to a new link without having to reupload.

The download speeds weren't the greatest the few times I used it, though.
