They thought he went home to watch the Thursday night game? His house should've been shut down Wednesday night and they should've figured that was the last place he was gonna go
 
Home is the first place. And no you can’t just go charging in the night he did this, esp knowing his history of being a gun guy..

This isn’t the movies. This is reality where all hell can break loose in a neighborhood.

They have to use caution and likely knew he wasnt even home but still had to run the check…

Cuz nothing i can do or say will make a difference.

But after sandy hook, all bets are off. Its the wild wild west out there.

I forget who said it. But some govt person was honest n said "in country where guns are legal n such a part of our history. These horrible events will happen from time to time."
