Vision pretty much was an Infinity Stone. If that was the real him they wouldn't, or at least shouldn't, be able to manipulate him like that.

Now that you mention it Wanda got her powers from the mind stone which like you said was a pretty big part of vision and why Wanda was the only one that could destroy it in infinity war so there may be a connection there. I guess we'll see in the coming weeks

I just finished watching ep.3. In my opinion it seems like Marvel pulled inspiration from House of M & Avengers: Disassembled storylines.I remember reading Avengers Disassembled a few years back and Wanda had imagined having children when she had none at all! Then Marvel is being slick by using the old sitcom set ups (so-far) and ppl dropping hints to her and Wanda can't control her powers is like some House of M shit.

I can definitely see how this show ties into the next Dr. Strange & SM 3 movies.
 
Mephisto takes the children in the comics, i read a theory where someone said that the Stork in episode 3 was Mephisto instead of delivering the babies he was there to take them. Agnes is AGatha harkNESs.
 
it's a slow burn but it's keeping my attention. my only concern is, I dunno how the movies are gonna catch up to what the shows are setting up. We still haven't even got Black Widow and that movie takes place before endgame
